Do you offer any warranty?
Yes! Every Demonic Machine comes with a lifetime warranty.
Do you do custom work?
In the past, we have done custom work. However, designing a custom pedal can be an expensive and time-consuming process. We’ll gladly build you a pedal from a kit or hand-paint an enclosure, but custom circuits can take upwards of six months to design and cost hundreds of dollars. To quote Alchemy Audio, “Cheap. Fast. High quality. Pick two.“
Why doesn’t my 87 Series sound like the $200 pedal that I’m too cheap to buy?

Why aren’t all of your pedals budget-friendly?
The short answer is that our more expensive pedals take longer to build and have more parts. The slightly longer answer is that we barely make anything on our budget line, and we wouldn’t be able to operate if all of our pedals were budget-priced.

We don’t have a storefront, but we operate out of San Diego, California, USA.

We build every pedal to order because we are a small operation. While we try to ship the same day, we can get busy and orders can take up to a month to fulfill.
